Repair Service InformationAir Comm Systems suggests that all products requiring service, both warranty and non-warranty, be sent to our facility for repair. The normal turnaround time for standard repairs is 1-5 days, depending on the degree of work to be accomplished. For units requiring extensive repair, the turnaround time is typically 7-14 days. All non-warranty repairs are charged on a labor and material basis. Air Comm Systems offers a Comprehensive Overhaul Service for all its Audio Mixer Panels and ICS systems. This service provides an update of the existing unit to “like-new” status for approximately 50% of the cost of a new unit. |
